What happens during a colonic?

The process of having a 'colonic', is "unusual" especially on your first treatment. You will lay on a specially designed fibreglass bed with a privacy gown covering you. Disposable single use rectal tubes are used with every client and you will be guided to insert this in your own privacy. Ensuring you are comfortable and ready, we will then turn the machine on which will allow the water to gently flow into your bowel.

As you feel the urge to evacuate and "push", the waste will move through the machine and down into the clear view tubes where you may observe this exiting. The same pushing and releasing  motion is repeated multiple times over a 45 minute period. Full privacy is provided and a therapist is always available upon request.​​​
